- Civilians and Civilian Contractors who worked on the Camp Lejeune Marine Base and were exposed to the water contamination for more than 30 days between August 1, 1953 and December 31, 1987, and the exposure resulted in medical illnesses and medical conditions related to the Water Contamination.
- In some cases, the wife, husband or children may be eligible to file for compensation if their parent was stationed at Camp Lejeune Marine Base between August 1, 1953 and December 31, 1987, and the Military Husband, Wife, or Child passed away as a result of contracting cancer or other medical condition due to the direct exposure to the Toxic Contaminated Water.
